Unhinged Paired Panels

In configurations with even number of panels on one or both sides, pairs of panels need not be hinged to a side jamb or other panels.   Flexibility in folding in any direction or position along the track can be achieved.  This is achieved by having sets of running carriages at both outside corners of a pair of panels or multiple of pairs of panels.  Below are examples of some possibilities with inward opening units. Please note that units with unhinged paired panels are not as weather resistant as standard units.
